Top Talent Pass is achievement/income based. QMAS is a points test. Both lead to staying in Hong Kong and later ordinary residence for a permanent ID card.

- Degree from a recognised school helps TTPbachelor
- High income stream of TTP$45000
- Age scores on QMAS32
- Timeline
- Often 4–12 weeks for a first label.
- Path to PR
- Permanent ID after 7 years ordinary residence.
