How to get a visa

• Top Talent Pass

  Work · 2 years first, extendable

  • Apply online by university ranking, income or the Mainland talent list, without a prior employer.

• Quality Migrant Admission

  Work · 3 years on general or achievement points

  • Submit a points application; enter after a quota allotment.

Immigration routes

• 7 years’ ordinary residence

  Skilled work

  Seven years of continuous ordinary residence can lead to permanent resident status.

  Leads to PR：The main settlement route in Hong Kong.
